Features of mirror glass.
Silver mirror also called silvered mirror, waterproof mirror, water silver mirror, silver-coated mirror, silver coating mirror glass, etc.
Oruii silver mirror is produced by high-quality clear float glass (France Saint-Gobain glass) as sheet and through washing, polishing, activation, silver-coating, copper-coating, then finished with two waterproof layers of paint for protection.
It adopts the chemical plating method, i.e. silver coating that using reducer react with AgNO3, and getting a thin layer of silver as the reflective material on the clean glass surface, copper coating, and then first time paint coating, drying, and then the second time protective paint coating.
During the production process, it adopts the automatic production line with 130m long. From the glass into the upper end, and then through polishing cleaning, sensitization, silver-plating, copper plating, splashing paint searing and then poured paint, bake, clean, coloring, the detection has been completed in one time during the production process. Finished mirror sheet can be packed immediately when the silver mirror came out from the machine.

Maximum dimensions: 96"x144" (2,440mmx3,660mm).
Regular size: 1220x1830mm,1600x2550mm,1830x2440mm,2134x3050mm,2250x3210mm, etc.
Size tolerance: +/- 0.2mm.
Deep processing: plane mirror sheet can be cut into any size and any shape and sandblast process is available. Mirror edge can be deeply processed into round edge(C-edge), flat edge(V-edge), beveled edge, fluted edge, polished edge, etc. And various sizes are available according to customers' requirements.
Color: clear, bronze, blue, green, pink, golden, grey, black, etc.
Packing: seaworthy wooden crate and with paper interleaved between mirror sheet.

Application range of silver mirror.
Oruii silver coating mirror with exact image and high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 93%.
It can be widely used as a raw material in furniture mirror, cheval mirror, art crafts mirror, wall mirror, decorative mirror, bathroom mirror, slide door mirror, make-up mirror, optical mirror and rearview mirror of automobile, etc.
1. Traffic vehicles, such as the windows of train, bus, car, etc.
2. Architecture, such as windows or interior decoration of buildings (store, gymnasium, bathroom, washroom, etc).
3. Household appliances and furniture, such as glass table top and show shelves.
4. The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available).
5. Lead and copper free coating are available. The pollution to the environment by broken pieces can be minimized, satisfied with the environmental requirements in Europe, America and other developed region.

Storage notice.
1. The storage or warehouse must be dry and a constant temperature maintained to avoid paint bubbles or color change.
2. Large mirror sheet should be placed in safe area, and do not store in outdoors.
3. Far away from heat and any kind of chemical such as acid, alkali, fuel, putty and various organic solvents or vapors, etc.
4. Placed vertically with paper interleaved.
